The Champagne Brut Nature by Roederer and Starck was born from the collaboration between the well-known maison and the architect Philippe Starck. Historic cellar and undoubtedly among the most esteemed in the world of Champagne, that of the Roederer is a tradition that boasts very deep roots, so much so that the foundation dates back to 1776. The Brut Nature Roederer and Starck is obtained from a blend consisting mainly of from Pinot Noir with a part of Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. In the vineyard the focus is on the sustainability and vitality of the soil, therefore it was decided to follow various precepts of biodynamic agriculture. The bunches destined for the cuvèe come from the municipality of Cumierès, and the vines rest on clay-limestone soils. The first fermentation takes place in steel and 25% in oak barrels, which bring greater richness to the blend. The refermentation takes place in the bottle with long aging on the yeasts for 60 months.
