Description
The swordsmith Kanemori of Nōshū was born in Japan as the grandson of the master swordsmith Sanami Kanenori, who developed the Mino Kaji forging technique centered in the Mino region (Seki) Japan.
During the Muromachi period to the Bunmei era, his skills were highly regarded by warriors across the country for their durability, resistance to bending, and sharpness.
The forging techniques passed down from the Sengoku period.
With the Meiji Restoration, he incorporated these qualities of sharpness and aesthetic beauty into the making of kitchen knives.
Please enjoy the sharpness of Kanemori's craftsmanship.

Envoi rapide et bien emballé Quelques écritures et dessins d’enfants a l’intérieur c’est un peu dommage mais en bon état

Unfortunately pieces broke off the rock during transport although it was packaged well. It happens sometimes. I'm still happy with the item.
