no deception, had damage due to outsourcing when packing and fortunately we were able to send the package anyway. this buyer is making false accusations and is the rudest buyer ever on this platform. he also lies about whether or not he has received the package, while this has clearly been issued by the carrier. luckily I had the proof of delivery because otherwise this buyer would have left with our package for free. so for all sellers, please BEWARE with this buyer and his dubious practices !!!
