Wij zouden willen dat u rechtstreeks contact met ons had opgenomen om het probleem net zo eenvoudig op te lossen als een retourzending/terugbetaling. In plaats daarvan droeg je het en, nadat het kapot ging, liet je een negatieve recensie achter zonder contact met ons op te nemen.
