PAIR OF GARUDAS

Weight: approx. 25 Kilograms both with base
Two almost identical clay statues of Garudas, the King of Birds, seated on a small throne. Garuda is depicted as mostly zoomorphic creature except for a pair of arms, the ears and some part of the face. The main body is covered in feathers, the feet are crawls holding the heads of two snakes which are coiled around the deity's body, the wings and arms are spread and also holding the body of the snake. Both Garudas wear jewellery of different shape.
