We are always striving to optimize our shipping costs. Unfortunately, this was not possible in your case as the maximum shipping costs were exhausted. We offered to give you the item for free if you paid the difference in shipping costs. However, you did not agree to this. Furthermore, you do not seem to understand the Catawiki system: you did not transfer the money to us but to Catawiki. We asked Catawiki to cancel the order because the shipping costs were underpaid.
I have never received the goods; true the tracking number is provided, but clicking it and confirming with DHL the goods were sent somewhere but not to my address! Dear seller please check yourself!
