Message sent on 23 Mar for resizing they only replied 2 days later after I double texted them. Asked if they can do half size never confirmed and sent the package, now they threaten to remove review

False feedback. We confirmed your request within 13 hours, not days. We resized the ring for you free of cost as per the size you mentioned EU 52.5. This is not fair at all. I will share the chat logs with Catawiki team
