Wollensak was an American company based in Rochester, USA, which was active between  1899 and 1972. The company made e.g. lenses and objectives. Century Camera Company originated from Wollensak. The objective is by Wollensak, the body possibly by Century Camera.
For its age, this platen camera looks good. The bellows are in good condition, the diaphragm works. The lens is intact. Only the self-timer gets a bit stuck.
The covering on the outside is less good, it gets loose here and there and the locks are a bit oxidized.
