Nice lens Nikon suitable for the special camera Nikon F3AF (it was the first Nikon SRL autofocus camera, 1983).
It's the 80mm F:2.8 AF-Nikkor.
For the Nikon F3AF only two lenses were made, this one and a 200/3.5 AF-Nikkor ED IF.
It was a first attempt by Nikon to make an autofocus SLR, but it was not very successful.
Unlike the Nikon autofocus lenses that would soon be produced for the Nikon-501, these two had a built-in motor.
Solution then unfortunately abandoned by Nikon for many years...
This lens can operate in both autofocus/manual mode and its fully compatibility with other manual focus Nikon bodies with F, AI or AIs mount.
But it isn't compatible with other Nikkor AF cameras!
As is posible to see from the pictures it's in exc+++ condition, really nice, with some light signs of use.
The glasses are clean with only some little dust inside.
It comes with caps.
A lens not easy to find. It's reputed to be also a lens with very good quality.
