Compay Segundo or Eric Clapton have chosen the guitars of this prestigious master craftsman. With it, Eric Clapton played his hit Tears On Heaven, a guitar that was auctioned for more than $ 250,000.

Beautiful guitar manufactured by one of the families with the greatest tradition in the art of guitar construction in Spain and with recognition worldwide. Built by hand by Juan Alvarez, whose guitar making tradition dates back to 1945 The exact date cannot be specified, as the famous luthier did not date his guitars. From the information on its label, we can place it between the years 1970s-80s.

Using only the best solid wood, and working them precisely, you get the warm and bright sound, with deep bass, that characterises this guitar. It is delicately constructed, and has been adjusted with a low and comfortable action.

It has some traces of use and cracks due to its age, as shown in the photographs, which do not affect its functionality.
