The ICE bar stool, designed by Kasper Salto, marks a milestone in Fritz Hansen's history: ICE is the first bar stool produced by Fritz Hansen which is suited for indoor as well as outdoor use. The chair, with its rib-like backrest combines the virtues of classic chairs from the past, while the choice of materials points to the future. The base is made of natural anodised aluminium and the seat and backrest are made of ASA plastic, a sturdy and durable choice. The result is a lightweight, very comfortable and hard-wearing bar stool.
