Aart van Dobbenburgh (Amsterdam, 30 September 1899 – Haarlem, 3 July 1988) was a Dutch artist and graphic artist. 
Van Dobbenburgh became known for his lithographs. He drew various subjects, such as flowers, portraits, landscapes, but human hands were his favourite. 
 
His total lithographic oeuvre is estimated to include approximately 800 works. He also made a number of woodcuts and watercolours. Nationally known are the lithographs of Queen Mother Emma (1936), his nephew Dr. Willem Drees (1949), Henriette Roland Holst (1949) and the then Queen Juliana (1961). 
Van Dobbenburgh illustrated, among others, books by Russian writers Tolstoy and Dostoyevski. In 1949, Tolstoy's 'War and Peace' was published with lithographs of the main characters that were made by Van Dobbenburgh. He also drew 'Katyusha' and 'Maria' from Tolstoy's Resurrection and Anna Karenina for the eponymous novels. 
Van Dobbenburgh’s work is represented in the Rijksprentenkabinet, Amsterdam, Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen in Rotterdam, Jeroen Boschhuis in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, Municipal Museum in The Hague, Nederlands Steendrukmuseum in Valkenswaard, Teylers Museum in Haarlem, Museu de Ovar in Portugal and in private collections all over the world.
