Gallia by Christofle coffee and tea service in silver metal.

The set consists of:
. 1 large tray (62 x 41.5 cm)
. 1 coffee pot with ebony handle (23 cm)
. 1 tea pot with ebony handle (20 cm)
. 1 milk jug (11 cm)
. 1 sugar bowl (14.5 cm)

The set is in good condition; beautiful shine.
(Note a almost invisible slight deformation on the edge of the tray and micro-scratches from wear on the tray)

Christofle is a French silversmithing and tableware company founded in Paris in 1830 by Charles Christofle.

The company is famous for having introduced electrolytic gold and silver plating in France in 1842. The company was acquired in 2012 by one of its shareholders, the Chalhoub family's luxury group.

Christofle’s manufacturing is entirely handmade, using traditional techniques. The precious crafts of metal spinning, planishing, chiselling, engraving, perpetuated by Master Goldsmiths and their Meilleurs Ouvriers de France immortalise the qualities of elegance and excellence of all the Christofle pieces. An irreplaceable know-how perpetuated by highly skilled craftsmen.
