Dutch polder landscape with a farm in the background. 
This painting has beautiful shadings, as we often see in Willem Kroon’s works and the tight frame makes the most of this painting. 
The canvas and frame are in good condition. 

Willem Kroon was born on 8th November 1946 in Utrecht. 
Willem Kroon was a student at the Vrije Academie in ’s-Gravenhage (1965-1966). 
After many jobs, he became a technical assistant at an American oil rig in the North Sea, where he was struck by an accident. 
In a rehabilitation centre in Heerenveen he became captivated with painting again. 
After his recovery he brought his mastery of drawing and painting to a higher level. 

As a painter, Willem Kroon has a strong future and is a member of the International Organisation of Free Art.
