1953 BENCINI 'Comet III' 127 Upright Camera. 

Offered is this innovatively designed upright camera. 

Manufactured in Milan, Italy, from 1953, the die-cast aluminium camera was of unusual design, being upright in shape rather than the conventional horizontal type. 

It comes in excellent condition, with clean lens and working shutter.

 Also included is the remains of a  leather ever-ready camera case, embossed with the company logo and a design triumph in its self, (see photos). 
Unfortunately the case is not complete; the sides are missing.
Obviously the camera can be used without it. 

The camera is synchronised for flash and also has a facility for mounting a tripod.

In short; a very stylish camera in special rare design!
