A rectangular Vase in dark brown, decorated with lines that give the impression of fluidity in very light yellow something between ivory and yellow.
It has been a part of the hadeland modern collection of decorative items, a piece designed by Maud Gjeruldsen.
Dimensions, H 21,5 cm / L 15,5 cm / W 6,5 cm. the opening is 15,5 X 6,5 cm
Condition New. in its original box, it disposes a small label on top of the vase with the name of the producer, an H.

Hadeland Glassworks was founded under the farm Mo at Jevnaker at the southern end of the Randsfjord in 1762 . 

From 1765 until the 1850s, the Hadeland glassworks mainly produced bottles, pharmacy glasses, media glasses and household glassware (for example, syltekrukker). Αt the beginning of the 20th century, the glassworks began to realize that they could get a competitive edge by investing in their own design. Already around the turn of the century, a separate drawing office was established at Christiania Glasmagasin, where glass and lamp ceilings were drawn. 

Maud Kristin Gjeruldsen Bugge (born November 24th [1] 1962 ) is a Norwegian glass artist and painter.

Maud Bugge works as design manager and artistic director at Hadeland Glassworks at Jevnaker and Porsgrund's Porcelain Factory in Porsgrund. She started as a designer in Hadeland Glassworks 1989 and became the design manager in 1994. She has a Master's degree from the Department of Ceramics at the State Crafts and Art Industry School .

She is known for combining techniques and having a playful form without tight lines. There is, however, a certain degree of Nordic purity in the products she prepares and classical techniques are often the basis. Twisted optics, spun threads and air bubbles are combined to create the right product and Maud Bugge is also known to collaborate with other artists and art prints to get the result she wants.

Bugge was originally schooled in another material - clay, but glass design became the primary passion when she first came into contact with glass. Although Bugge has put the pottery on the shelf, she still unfolds as a visual artist. While alone at the staff room is fruitful. There she creates expressions that she then develops to decorate the glasses.
