This binocular stereo microscope, (No. 761127), watchmaker-microscope is produced by LOMO, Leningrad, USSR, 09-1976.  It is of the same rock-solid heavy quality (cast iron/brass) and with the same excellent optical properties, like the well-known MBS 9/10/11/12 series, all made in the Zeiss factories confiscated after World War II. Is provided by the company Rijnhardt, Groningen to science education.
-A head with fixed lenses (achromats) of 0.7X and bright WF-eyepieces with fixed eye-shells of 12.5 x 15 supply a magnification of nearly 8.75 x. Greater magnification possible by placing stronger eyepieces (not included) with insert 30 mm. Very suitable for looking at e.g. stamps, coins, minerals, insects and/or fine-assembly.. 
-The binocular is completely overhauled, all fats are replaced, moving functions run smoothly and without play. The scope is in very good condition, has no signs of use, the optics are clean, no scratches or fungus. In the foot it is engraved with initials).
 -The distance between the pupils and the dioptres is adjustable
 -The microscope is easy-to-use by a double set of buttons, a clamp screw on the column and immediately ready for use.  Larger objects also fit below the lenses 
 The height is 27 cm, the width is 15 cm and the depth 16.5 cm, weighs 2.25 kg (incl. box 4.5 kg.).
-There is a neat wooden box with bracket closures with an ingenious interior, a flannel rag, a dust cover, a German-language manual and the dated production document.
 -Lighting is not provided, but e.g. a dimmable, led desk lamp is ideal..

 The photomicrographs of three micromounts (included) have been made with it, with a digital usb eyepiece (not included) and striking outdoor light.
