Bowmore 12 years old is complex yet perfectly balanced, it reflects the raw essence of Bowmore - thrashing waves, windswept landscapes and generations of tradition. 
Bowmore 12 Years Old has received much critical acclaim; the late, great whisky writer Michael Jackson proclaimed it "remarkably long and complex". We like to think of it as vanilla ice cream at a beach bonfire.
Tasting Tip: To fully enjoy the aroma, savour outside in the fresh air. See how a drop of water releases those refreshing citrus notes.

Bowmore 9 years Sherry cask matured ia a moderate peated whisky not overwelming, so the sherry and citrus are still reconisable. 
Nice combination of the Olorosso sherry cask finish and the peated flavours. 
Finish is medium of lenght. 
Overall a very nice Whisky and worth trying if you like light peated and sweet finishes like sherry/sauternes (limited release).

Bowmore Small batch exclusively matured in first and second fill ex bourbon casks, then blissfully married together, Small Batch Reserve exhibits the best qualities of both. 
First-fill bourbon offers delicious vanilla sweetness, subtle spices and bourbon oak smoke to complement Bowmore's gentle peaty smokiness, while the second-fill cask enhances Bowmore's fresh fruity complexity and showcases its trademark honey and creamy malt character.
