An interesting antique miner's smelting crucible by Morgan's of Battersea, London, England.  I believe this is in graphite metal and is very heavy. Measures 18cms tall x 14 cms diameter (7ins x 5.5 ins) with a pouring lip. Bears the markings: "Morgan, Battersea"  "A10"  "B2243" "108" a letter R in a circle. On the underside is a very large round makers stamp impressed into the metal. It is worn with age, but shows the makers full company name and town address and company logo.  A great addition to any mining enthusiasts collection.

In good condition with all markings intact.
