Barrel aged lambic with sour cherries and raspberries, local honey was added.

-Sang Bleu 2023 by Cantillon.
Barrel aged lambic blend with blue honeysuckle, or haskap berries.

All the bottles stored horizontally in the dark in my cellar with controlled temperature and humidity.
