Fine Champagne category produces high quality cognacs. Fine Champagne cognacs are only made with wine from Grande Champagne at least 50% and Petite Champagne cru.
Tasting review
Eye: Radiant golden amber.
Nose: A delightful bouquet of exotic fruits and floral aromas. Initial scents of passion fruit and lychee greet us, gradually evolving with elegant notes of violets and vanilla.
Palate: An indulgent and rich palate that gives us flavors of ripe and fleshy fruits such as peach, apricot and pear, combined flawlessly with sweet spiced notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. The seductive texture gives the impression of thick vanilla cream and stays with us on the long and well balanced finish.
