Instead of receiving twelve cups and saucers l received nine because three saucers were broken while packing,. Upon receipt another saucer was delivered chipped. Since 7October discount not received.

we had told you to choose if buy the service or not because we wrote the msg before shipping that 3 saucers were broken...we proposed a €20 discount and we made the transfer. you could write a msg to say this. we don't think we deserve this negative comment.

We apologize for the time passed but the 24th of may we had sent you msg that we had problems with weather problems and you never aswered back. Giving a negative response when we had written to you it's not really correct. anyways hope you liked the products.

The box look more like a ball than a square, it had holes on the side was dented and the internal packaging was also done extremely poorly, all plates super dirty. miracles they didn’t break!

The weather and heavy rain surely changed the shape of the original box but from us it departed in good conditions. Surely in the way the humidity that penetrated possibly have dirtied the plates because when prepared from us they were perfect as we always prepare goods well as you see in the other selled products. We are sorry anyways and we hope you liked the magnificient plates.

Service de très beau verres en cristal. La préparation du colis est impeccable et le service formidable. Bravo au super vendeur qui n’hésite pas à rappeler pour résoudre les soucis de transport.
