Unfortunately, I did not meet the mandatory 3-day shipping period set by Catawiki. When I wanted to send the shirt on day 4 after the sale, you had already submitted a claim to Catawiki and the sale was canceled without any consultation.

Sehr lange Lieferzeit für 30 Euro Versandkosten. Trikot war aber OK. Wie beschrieben. Auch das der Flock schon leichte Brüche hatte war mir klar und war auch am Foto sichtbar

Sorry for the delay in the shipping process. However, I did ship the order within the mandatory 3 days. Unfortunately, it is beyond my control that the shipping company took longer. The shirt was indeed a little damaged as shown in the photos. Thank you for your honest feedback and enjoy your order!
The shirt has a hole in the shoulder part and several other small damages of a worn shirt though it was advertised as a new/nearly new shirt. No photos or description of any damages. Dishonest ad.

The advertisement clearly showed photos of the shirt from every angle, ensuring transparency about its condition. After taking those photos, the shirt was never worn again and was shipped immediately after purchase. The shirt was indeed in brand-new condition when I packed it for shipping. It’s possible that the shirt was damaged during transit by the postal service or that there was some mishap while unpacking it. When I sent the shirt, it was in excellent condition. To better understand the issue, I would appreciate it if you could send me photos highlighting the damage you’ve noticed. I also want to express that it’s disappointing to see a negative review where the blame is entirely placed on me. A simple message could have allowed us to work together to find a solution.
