This is the oldest rum aged in Bourbon barrels from the Foursquare distillery, in the words of Richard Seale himself, Director of Operations.
It is also the one with the highest titration: 62°.

This aged rum is part of the prestigious “Exceptional Cask Selection” range. After distillation in a Pot Still and column, it was aged for 14 years.

Tasting notes
Color
A mahogany shade, with ruby ​​accents.
Nose
The fruit predominates: delicious aromas of pineapple and applesauce are exhaled from the opening of this Nobiliary vintage, enhanced by vanilla.
Mouth
The indulgence is confirmed on the palate: we are surprised by flavors of fruit cakes and citrus fruits such as orange. The licorice also reveals itself, little by little.
