Clock starts ticking for a few seconds and a secondary handle starts moving and then stops. Alarm clock mechanism seems to be fine, but the spring is broken so the hammer makes just a small movement and do not start when its time comes up. Sign of rust and discolouration in places, broken leaf on the side, please see the photos, height 30cm.
