Distilled in 1952, then stored in casks for more than thirty years and finally in flashes for ten years, this rum was bottled at Habitation Clément in 1991.
The tasting offers subtle and fine aromas of flowers and dried fruits, followed by a woody note before a final note of liquorice appears for this round and exceptionally long rum. A must-have! A very limited edition with numbered bottles.
It is best served at room temperature in a glass tulip.
