Antique Victorian silver plated serving basket, made in UK. This beautiful form dish consists of tilting handle and the ornate base engraved with floral designs and with openwork border raised on oval pedestal. Hallmarked to the bottom of base. Silver plated baskets were very popular in Victorian and Edwadian era. They were originally used for bread and muffins, cakes as well as sweets and fruit.
In very good condition with small natural signs of use.

The postage cost was €28 so ca £23 after the conversion. The postage costs are clearly displayed on each listing and the buyer knows how much they will be paying before placing the bid.
