明朝末代的崇禎皇帝一生操勞，節儉自律，即位之初就大力剷除閹黨，曾六度下詔罪己，畢生獨攬大權，未能與官員合作，在位時期，國內民變與自然災害不斷，最後亡國。但明朝錢幣製作很漂亮，除了因方孔錢的發展已臻精緻外，更因明朝強盛因此製作精美。
這2枚崇禎通寶雖是明朝末年的錢幣，但卻仍然鑄造精美，而且是罕見版式，錢幣背面的字是很罕見的加字及季字，因此價格較其他版式昂貴，請收藏中國古錢的藏家切勿錯過。
