The item was basically mistreated. The packaging was made in a way that it ruined the lego set I purchased the moment I tried to open it. That's not the way to treat any selling item.

Hello Aniello Grazioso. I am sorry for the bad experience you had. Could you be more specific regarding the problem? What do you mean, that you damage the Lego box when you open the cardboard box we use for the shipping? Are they not two separate boxes? The Lego box was already lightly damaged, as seen in the photos of the auction.
De doos is niet in zeer goede staat afgeleverd. De doos die gekozen was om het object in te steken was van hetzelfde formaat als de legodoos. Alle impact direkt op legodoos met wat schade tot gevolg

I am sorry for the bad experience. We cannot control the way a package is handled. As a common practice, if the box arrives damaged, please open a claim with the courier before receiving it. And take some photos of the box. If you have this proof, please send the photos via email and i will do this for you.
