An interesting cabinet specimen of deep emerald green chunky dioptase crystals set close together on a rombohedral calcite matrix from the type locality in Kazakhstan. The dioptase crystals in this case have very fine luster, sharp faces, and are quite gemy in spots. There are a few broken crystals that are visible both on the photos and video, but nothing that you could call mayor.
