I’m sorry for what happened, but if I have the video of the package, how should I behave? I believe in your good faith, and I invite you to complain if you believe that the package is tampered with.
The card was delivered in a toploader and covered securely in cardboard to avoid damage during shipment. This is not something to take for granted as not all sellers do this. I appreciate the effort!
