The Amarone from the “Il Bosco” vineyard is vinified only when the grapes are perfectly healthy and in high quality years. The single vineyard is a small area whose vines are over 18 years old, therefore naturally an initial selection takes place, of quantity for the benefit of quality. This Amarone in numbered bottles is an important wine that accompanies substantial lunches based on red meat and game. It is a precious companion for post-meal meditations.

Intense red color with garnet red reflections. Characteristic aroma of cherry, blackberries, chocolate and sweet spices follow one another through an average full body. Velvety, warm, wine
complex and at the same time fine, elegant and balanced. The lively hints of red berries precede the bittersweet twist at the end. Soft tannins on the finish.

Perfect to pair with red meats, game and cheeses seasoned. Serve at 18-20°C. It is recommended to uncork the bottle at least two hours before service. Shelf life in bottle: 20 years.
