- A 1977 original & absolute First UK Press of the legendary first & only studio-album of the Sex Pistols ‘Never Mind the Bollocks’ released on blue Virgin-labels V 2086 with first press & extremely early matrix runouts A3/B2! The album’s official release was planned in November, however (!) this album was pressed late october, a few days earlier, as a 11-track LP without the song ‘Submission’! All later editions were 12 track-albums with ‘Submission’!

Production claims only 1.000 albums of this limited edition were pressed! The album has a blank back, no songtitles, originally planned as a PROMO record, then hastely released to counter-attack imported French pressings. This album came out late October 1977 – a week before the official release! - as the first edition, which was pressed in pure chaos. Here you will not find the track ‘Submission’ of later editions. When the album came out, it was quite a shock! Johnny Rotten making a scandal on live tv, been fired from two record labels and banned from playing live in some parts of Britain. Some record stores refused to sell the album! Scandal acticles appeared in different magazines !
