The legendary Salon case
A dream for every enthusiast, a rare pearl in the world of bubbles.

The 2008 vintage was a very high quality vintage in all of Champagne, the 19 plots that make up the Domaine Salon were no exception. The only problem for Salon was the quantity… but the quality of the harvest was very high, the quantity collected would have allowed for the production of only 16,000 0.75l bottles. From here came the idea of making such an exceptional vintage even more exclusive and enhancing it even more. They therefore decided to produce only 8,000 magnums. The 2008 magnum was placed in a case containing a vertical of Salon: 2x2004, 2x2006 and 2x2007. The latter, however, were all disgorged in 2019
