I'm buying an UN Astrolabium watch. They's written an excellent condition and given a 1 year warranty for the caliber. From 5 hands and 1 disc only has worked 3 hands. But they didn't pay warranty.

If the problem is under COMERZIA Watches warranty, it will be solved by our watchmakers. Again, client refused it. The buyer had problems adjusting the astrolabe complications. We understand it, but it sholuld be adjusted by the Brand if you are not an expert. But the buyer is demanding us to pay for an official service at UN, including the change of dial and hands, for 3,000€. The adjustment is offered free of charge. The asking increased up to blackmailing. Catawiki offered a compensation of €1,000 to the buyer, which he rejects. We are not willing to negotiate to reduce the price of the watch after selling it, what clearly it was the intention of the buyer
