Two small watchmaker’s lathes:
One is stamped Lorch Schmidt & Co and is mounted on its own metal base. The lathe is made of steel and brass, and is 29 cm wide and 14 cm high, and weighs 1.67 kg. All the moving parts appear to be in order.
The second lathe has no maker’s mark and no support base. It is also made of steel and brass, is 22 cm wide and 8.5 cm high, and weighs 640 g.
These lathes probably date from about 1920 and, apart from some surface corrosion, are in good overall condition.
Shipping is insured and signed-for.
