Authentic Pure Single Rum produced from a selection of 15 barrels distilled in 2010 and aged in Jamaica for 12 years, in a completely tropical climate, the Long Pond STC E 2010 Small Batch is a mark from the Cambridge Estate distillery, which closed in 1947, and is reproduced by Long Pond. Like all rums from the brand, this one preserves the tradition of the rustic distillates of Trelawny, which represents the Grand Cru of Jamaican rum. A true tasting experience for the few!
With an aristocratic appearance in the glass, it presents an intense amber color, infused with orange hues. The nose is complex and layered, where notes of hydrocarbons and solvents dominate the olfactory scene, occasionally softened by hints of syrupy tropical fruit. The palate is powerful, austere, and imposing, with great impact and endless persistence.
