Leaving a neutral feedback to the seller for what the order takes to be delivered ? That is not the seller's fault, customs have been there for 500 years and still customers react surprised that it takes 4 weeks for something to be delivered from the USA. You paid 17 euros for shipping, if you want to urgently pay 75 euros and you have it in 3 days but you will complain it is expensive and leave the order unpaid.
