The soils of the well-known Frauenberg, Bürgel and Hubacker vineyards provide the basis for a clearly recognizable character of the grape variety. Through the natural cultivation of our vineyards and the high proportion of manual labor, we ensure that the quality of the wines is enhanced. All this can be experienced in the glass, similar to the vision we have pursued from the beginning of the vegetation.

Whether matured in stainless steel tanks, large wooden barrels or barriques, our philosophy for the maturation process is: as little influence as necessary. We give our wines the space and time they need to naturally develop their nuanced and varietal character.
