WINE OF MONTEVERTINE
Montevertine is a renowned company that rises among the rolling hills of Chianti. The first bottles were produced almost for fun by Sergio Manetti in 1971, who then presented them at Vinitaly, where they met with great success. Today Montevertine is a company dedicated to the production of wines from native Tuscan grapes for authentic and high quality bottles.

The wines of Miani
Pontoni’s sense of terroir would seem to be based on the single vine, each enjoying the attention and care it needs and deserves. More tanned, even during the winter, than a tanning salon owner, it’s not hard to understand what his priorities are, and the microscopic yields – the 2500-bottle blend, Miani Bianco is already a consistent offering for him – proving a total commitment to quality. Chardonnay Sauvignon, Merlot, Refosco – all of these, in his hands, give life to wines of exceptional caliber. But his heart has a particular affection for Refosco, and his heart has its reasons that reason does not know.

WINE OF LORENZO ACCOMASSO
Located in the Piedmont region in Italy, Lorenzo Accomasso is considered one of the most influential and authentic producers of Barolo wines. He is known for his traditional winemaking approach, focusing on minimal intervention and allowing the natural expression of the terroir and grape variety to shine through in his wines. Accomasso's vineyards are meticulously tended, and he practices organic and sustainable viticulture. He has a deep understanding of the Nebbiolo grape, the main variety used in the production of Barolo. Lorenzo prefers to work with old, low-yielding vines to ensure high-quality grapes with concentrated flavors.

His non-interventionist winemaking style emphasizes natural fermentation and aging in large oak casks. The Barolo wines are often characterized by their elegance, finesse, and complexity, showcasing the unique characteristics of the different vineyard sites and the region's terroir.
