A vintage English table clock, circa mid-20th century.

The multicolored metal dial is signed John Thomas London. The case is made entirely of wood, finished with walnut veneer. With gilded handle and pine cone finials to the case, skeletonized sound windows on the sides backed with cloth, dial with moon phase and roman numerals on silvered ground, blackened hands. The German mechanism, 130-080 classic round Franz Hermle Clock Movement, runs 8 days on a single wind up. It has two hammers on the top of the unit that will strike out the hours at the top of the hour. Then it strikes once for the half hour. The movement is in good condition and works well. The clock comes with a key.

Condition: The vennered walnut case is beautiful and in good condition with a clean clock face. The movement is in good condition and works well.

The lot will be carefully packaged and sent by registered post with a track and trace number. It can also be collected from Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
