Product was packaged poorly. Plastic bubble wrap should be used in future. Fireplace fan wasn’t working properly as it was offline because of poor packing. Pleased with product overall.

I said I was sorry 2 glasses arrived broken altough well packed , not fair you mention the were not well packed and not fair that you didn't mention the partial refund I gave you. i hope you still enjoy the 4 glasses left and the bottle that are far more worth than you paied.
