This portfolio is complete with 12 individual prints (stamped and numbered by Shoji Ueda Office, printed on No. 2 Echizen Torinoko Japanese handmade paper) and a book housed in the original hand-printed clothbound box, and official shipping box. Numbered and embossed copyright on each work.

Originally created in 1971, Ueda illustrated the changes of seasons in his hometown Tottori with children as his main subjects. This collotype portfolio was completed following the request of Ueda’s grand-daughter Kaoruko Nakada in 2006, reflecting the modernist master’s advanced aesthetic and material sentiments.
