This bold gin uses our award-winning Signature recipe and a third of each bottle is made up of gorgeous blackberry juice. A bold blackberry aroma, bolstered by crisp juniper. Warm, full juiciness from the fruit gives way to a clear gin character. Classic blackberry jam tartness, beautifully balanced by sweet citrus notes.

RASPBERRY INFUSED
A delicately sweet gin that is perfect for a refreshing G&T. Our “Pink Manchester Gin” has a subtle aroma of the sweetest raspberries and an unmistakable soft pink hue. An unmistakable raspberry aroma with a trace of fresh citrus and aromatic juniper. A sweet yet subtle raspberry flavour, underpinned by a clear gin character.

This award-winning collaboration brings together two Manchester institutions: new and old. This is a fresh, lively gin that celebrates the city’s musical legacy. Electrically charged zingy lemon and lime harmonise with a sherbet freshness and warming cassia.

SIGNATURE
One of the most awarded gins in the country; made with local dandelion and burdock root and ten other specially sourced botanicals including orange, lemon, liquorice and ground almond. An initial citrus and juniper taste that develops into a depth of flavour underpinned by Dandelion and Burdock root.
