I understand it took a long time and you're disappointed, but I shipped it out immediately after I received your payment, packaged it well, made good photos of the item, opened a case with the postal service when you told me it hadn't arrived yet, so to be honest I think you're reviewing the postal service and not me and that's a bit unfair.
