Here is another work by Dorothea Lange, made in 1939 for the FSA (Farm Security Administration). Another picture of the country store in Gordonton. This one is the second considering the numbering on negative. The shooting point is identical, only the men sitting in the porch have different positions. The kerosene pump on the right and the gasoline pump on the left, rough and unfinished timber posts used as supports for porch roof are identical. It is a giclée print released in a numbered edition of 11. The print is in new condition, never hung or framed. Details: - Paper dimensions: 420x297 mm - Image dimensions: 360x268 mm - Edition number: 3/11 - Archival Epson UltraChromeTM K3 pigment inks on Canson Bristol (natural white) paper, 250 gsm. - Back of print: certificate with origin, number and authenticity sticker. - Origin: Library of Congress, reproduction number LC-DIG-fsa-8b33923 (digital file from original neg.)
