Hoog Catharijne is probably the most infamous building complex in Utrecht. For its construction a large part of the historical city centre had to bulldozed. It has been widely criticised for a variety of reasons and has also been renovated many times. This fascinating work contains the original plan for the building complex and is filled with optimism and ideals.
