Original double sided lithograph by Picasso, dated 10.7.59 in the plate, included in the first edition of Toros y Toreros of 1961. Very nice you can use either side for framing
Printed in the Mourlot workshops, by direct printing on a lithographic stone made by Picasso himself using the wash technique. Picasso was very interested in black and white lithography, trying all kinds of techniques directly on the stone, in direct collaboration with the printing technicians. Hence the great wealth of restitution of blacks but also of colour
This is indeed the original lithographic edition from 1961 and not an offset facsimile from a later publication. The thickness and particular quality paper attests this

4 paper items (Picasso rep) arrived without any cardboard protection. On my careful opening the items all creased due to protection. The dealer tells that these were originals. False!

You paid the first on line from Catawiki and the other you paid before it was send by me. Both lots were paid in advance for shipping. If you would have mailed me before payment we could have solved it easily and adjust that. On my lots it does say we combine shipments. Werd wat later verzonden dan voorzien, maar dat werd snel en duidelijk gecommuniceerd zodat ik steeds op de hoogte was. Heel mooie prenten en goed verpakt. Top!
