After the harvest, the grapes are dried for approximately 120 days with the aim of reducing the water content and giving the wine sugars. Subsequently, maceration takes place for 2 months on the skins and spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts for 45 days. Finally the wine ages in barrique for 72 months.
