Spelter bust of Diane de Poitiers, Countess of Saint-Vallier, Duchess of Valentinois (1500-1566).
This bust has been replicated from work by Jean Goujon (1510-1567), second half 19th century.
The bust has normal signs of age, and there is a crack on the base, as can be seen in the photos, but it doesn't detract from the beauty of this piece.
The bust will be well packed and shipped promptly, with insurance.

Received from seller in good order a nice, unusual formed item, probably a bit older than mentioned by seller, condition of the item is satisfactory enough. I am happy with it.
